Refund Policy
At Sew Dutch Baby, everything is handmade exclusively for you or your child. Because every item is made custom, returns are not permitted. You are choosing every option for your item, including size, style, and fabrics or personalization. Please measure you or your child accurately and refer to all size charts provided for each clothing style offered prior to ordering to ensure proper fit.

Each item is carefully handmade with attentive detail, but if mistakes are made and you find issues with your items, please reach out to me within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges:
Exchanges will be permitted at the discretion of the designer for unforeseen or exaggerated sizing problems only. You must reach out to the shop owner immediately, and send item back at your cost within 3-5 days. Exchanges will only be processed when the item is received. You may be responsible for the cost to ship the exchange back to you. Exchanges will not be allowed for fabric placement. Please message the designer prior to ordering if you require special fabric placement for your item, as this is a costly process that wastes valuable materials, and there will have to be a fee incurred for placement requests on some items for this reason.

Pre-orders:
Pre-orders ship in 12-16 weeks from round close.
If you use the Layaway code on your order, you are agreeing to pay the other 50% in monthly installments after purchase.
This amount will not be refunded in full if you refuse to pay the remaining balance. Fabric is ordered based on your agreement to pay your balance in full, and if balance cannot be paid, $10 per item purchased will be retained for money lost on fabric purchase.
Once any item is cut or begun, refunds of any sort are not permitted, even on canceled orders.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sew Dutch Baby is not responsible for USPS errors.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
