Shipping policy

Custom Product Orders/Custom Listings:
Custom orders ship up to 4-8 weeks after purchase is confirmed. If you purchase, you are agreeing to wait as long as 4-8 weeks for your item to be custom designed and handmade, before you receive a notification of shipment. You must contact the designer prior to ordering if you have a certain date by which your item is needed that falls within this period of 8 weeks, some date requests may be honored and some may not be able to be honored due to the schedule of the designer/owner.

Pre-orders:
Pre-orders ship in 12-16 weeks from round close. You are purchasing all pre-order items at a discount so that the designer can order the fabric in bulk. When the fabric arrives, the designer will fulfill orders made from the pre-order album.
If you use the Rep Layaway code on your order, you are agreeing to pay the other 50% in monthly installments after purchase.
This amount will not be refunded in full if you refuse to pay the remaining balance. Fabric is ordered based on your agreement to pay your balance in full, and if balance cannot be paid, $10 per item purchased will be retained for money lost on fabric purchase.

Custom baby bundles and bedding:
Custom Baby Bundles and bedding require custom fabric personalization and printing. Because of this, these orders require 6-10 weeks before they ship. Please allow plenty of time for creation.

Ready to Ship:
Ready to Ship items and listings will ship in up to 3 business days from purchase.
